Quality Assurance
Alpha Dry Cleaning Services gives full warranty for the quality of our dry cleaning and laundry services.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, simply contact us within 24 hours from the date
of delivery, and we will send our serviceman to pickup the items and re-clean them free of charge.
Garments Damage Policy
While we do exercise utmost care in processing your garments, and will use the method that is best
suited to its nature and condition; however, we cannot assume responsibilities for inherent
weaknesses or defects in materials that are not visibly apparent prior to processing. We cannot
guarantee against color loss, color bleeding and shrinkage or against damage to weak and tender
fabrics.
Our liability with respect to any damage items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charges for cleaning
that garment and such claim shall not exceed S$150 or whichever is lower for any items, unless the
value is declared and noted on the tax invoice. Any item which the value declared by the customer
exceeds S$150, the rate charged for cleaning the item will be 5% of the declared value, otherwise the
normal rate apply.
We reserve the right to retain the damaged garments whether is partially or completely damaged upon
full settlement of claim unless otherwise agreed by us.
All claims must be made within 24 hours of date of delivery and original tax invoice must be presented
for claim.
Garments Loss Policy
In the event of loss by fire, any misplacement or loss of item, without prejudice, Alpha Dry Cleaning
Services' liability with respect to any lost item shall not exceed ten (10) times our charges for cleaning
that garment and such claim shall not exceed S$150 or whichever is lower for any items, unless the
value is declared and noted on the tax invoice. Any item which the value declared by the customer
exceeds S$150, the rate charged for cleaning the item will be five (5)% of the declared value, otherwise
the normal rate apply.
